Vossen EVO-4R is a forged monoblock wheel designed around the proportions and aerodynamic considerations of high-performance sports cars. Its ten-spoke face architecture reduces rotational mass between the spokes while maintaining the spoke cross-section necessary for structural integrity at high-speed cornering loads. Every EVO-4R is machined to order at Vossen's Miami facility.

Vossen EVO-4R - The Ten-Spoke Design and What It Achieves

Ten spokes provide a higher spoke count than the five- or six-spoke designs common to luxury segment wheels, distributing load more evenly around the rim and reducing the peak stress at each spoke root. For daily-driven sports cars and occasional track use, this means the wheel maintains its geometry longer under repeated high-load cycles. The spoke openings are also sized to maximise airflow over brake callipers - a relevant consideration for any wheel used on a circuit or in sustained high-speed driving.

Vossen EVO-4R Design & Engineering: Precision Multi-Axis Milling

The EVO-4R face is milled from a forged aluminum billet using multi-axis CNC equipment that allows undercuts and compound spoke curvature to be machined in a single setup. The result is a wheel face with consistent spoke taper and no visible parting lines or weld seams. Brake dust and debris clearance is maintained across the full spoke opening, keeping the visible face clean longer than designs with tighter spoke spacing.

Vossen EVO-4R Available Finishes

Standard finishes include Bronzino, Gloss Clear, Matte Gunmetal, and Matte Midnight Smoke. The Bronzino finish is a Vossen-exclusive warm bronze tone applied over polished aluminum, producing a depth not achievable with standard powder coat. All finishes are applied in-house at Vossen's Miami facility.

The EVO-4R fits Chevrolet Corvette C7/C8, Porsche 911 GT3 and Cayman GT4, Ford Mustang Shelby GT350/GT500, and BMW M2/M3/M4 Competition. The fitment programme extends to most rear-wheel-drive and AWD sports car platforms produced from 2014 onward. PCD, offset, and centre bore are configured per vehicle at the time of order.
