Over more than five decades, OZ has built one of the most recognisable names in performance wheel manufacturing, earning a reputation grounded in motorsport success, Italian design, and rigorous engineering. The brand's products span road-going alloy wheels, forged luxury wheels, and competition-specification magnesium wheels used at the highest levels of international motorsport.

Every OZ Racing wheel is designed, handcrafted, and tested in Italy at the company's production facilities in Vicenza. The manufacturing portfolio encompasses three primary technologies. Cast alloy production underpins the volume Sport and SUV ranges, with material and process controls designed to meet road certification requirements across global markets. The I-Tech (High Loaded Technology) flow-forming process applies controlled spinning to pre-cast alloy to increase material density in the barrel zone — reducing weight while improving structural integrity compared to conventional casting. At the apex of the range, OZ Atelier Forged wheels are individually hand-crafted from forged aluminium billets in a dedicated facility, with each wheel finished to order and certified to exceed standard load ratings.

The OZ Racing road wheel catalogue spans 48 models across five distinct collections. The Atelier Forged range (Estrema Forgiata, Ultimate Alu, Zeus, Ares, Superforgiata, Superforgiata CL) represents OZ's highest tier — individually manufactured, fully customisable forged wheels for luxury and high-performance vehicles. Magnesium Limited Edition wheels (Ultimate Magnesio, Superturismo Magnesio) leverage OZ's motorsport-derived expertise with magnesium alloy. The I-Tech Series encompasses twelve HLT flow-formed models covering GT, touring, and performance applications. The Sport Series offers seventeen cast alloy models including the iconic Superturismo and Ultraleggera families developed directly from WRC rally car specifications. The Performance SUV & Off-Road range extends OZ engineering to crossover and all-terrain platforms with eleven dedicated models.

OZ Racing's standing as an Official Partner of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) and IMSA reflects a motorsport heritage that stretches across decades and multiple championship-winning programmes. The brand has supplied wheels to Formula 1, MotoGP, the Dakar Rally, and numerous national and international racing series.
