Vossen EVO-1 is a forged monoblock wheel that establishes the spoke configuration from which the entire EVO Series is developed. Designed for performance and track-oriented vehicle programmes where structural integrity under lateral and braking loads matters as much as visual character, the EVO-1's one-piece forging eliminates the bolted flange joints and multi-component assembly of three-piece designs - delivering a lighter, more rigid structure at any given specification.

Vossen EVO-1 Design and Engineering: One-Piece Forging Structural Advantage

The EVO-1's primary structural advantage over multi-piece designs comes from the continuous grain structure of its single forged blank. The spoke roots, barrel walls, and hub mounting surface share an uninterrupted material path, distributing torsional and bending loads more evenly than a bolted assembly. For Porsche GT3 and Corvette Z06 applications - vehicles where sustained track use subjects wheels to repeated high-g cornering forces - this material continuity is a meaningful performance consideration alongside rotational mass reduction. Vossen's proprietary blank geometry allows the EVO-1's face depth to be machined to any concave profile from the same starting blank.

Bolt pattern, center bore, and offset individually machined to each vehicle's specification at Vossen's Miami, Florida facility. Standard finishes: Venetian Bronze, Light Smoke, Brickell Bronze, Gloss Black, Space Grey. Extended palette: up to 48 custom colours across transparent, solid, and matte options.

Vossen EVO-1 Available Finishes

Five standard finishes are available: Venetian Bronze, Light Smoke, Brickell Bronze, Gloss Black, and Space Grey. Space Grey and Light Smoke are popular on track-oriented builds for their subdued, functional appearance that does not compete visually with racing liveries or carbon bodywork. Venetian Bronze and Brickell Bronze add a colour-contrasting element suited to competition or show-spec builds. Gloss Black works uniformly across all contexts and build types. Vossen's 48-colour library is available for any custom order.

Vossen EVO-1 Vehicle Fitment: Track-Day Builds and Performance Sports Cars

Porsche 911 GT3 and GT3 RS, Corvette Z06 and ZR1, and BMW M4 CSL are among the high-performance platforms where the EVO-1's monoblock forging advantages are most directly relevant. At 19 and 20 inches the EVO-1 matches factory track-spec sizing on these vehicles; at 21 and 22 inches, wider configurations suit road-use builds with staggered fitments. All bolt patterns and center bores are machined individually per vehicle specification.
