Each EVO-1R is machined as a single-piece unit from aerospace-grade forged aluminum, eliminating the weight penalties and mechanical joints associated with multi-piece designs. The five-spoke split layout features deep undercutting to reduce rotational mass while maintaining the structural integrity required for high-load performance applications. Every wheel is individually manufactured to the customer's specified diameter, width, offset, and bolt pattern, with all machining completed at Vossen Forged's production facility. The spokes feature a flowing, asymmetric split that widens toward the barrel, giving the EVO-1R its signature aggressive stance from any angle.
