Vossen EVO-3R is a forged monoblock wheel developed around the demands of supercar fitment and wide-body builds where standard wheel dimensions simply do not apply. With a triple-spoke face architecture and a diameter range extending to 26 inches, the EVO-3R addresses fitment scenarios that most monoblock forged programmes cannot reach.

Large-diameter rear fitments on supercars and widebody-converted GT cars require spoke geometry that can handle both the structural load of a wider, heavier wheel and the visual requirements of filling a deep arch. The EVO-3R's three-spoke design places material exactly where structural strength is needed while keeping the face open enough to expose brake hardware — a key aesthetic requirement on many high-end builds. The spoke profiles are milled to compound curves that deepen toward the barrel, creating concavity that reads well at all viewing angles.

Each EVO-3R begins as a forged aluminum billet, milled to shape at Vossen's Miami facility with multi-axis CNC equipment. The spoke transitions are hand-blended to remove all tooling witness marks before finishing. The extended diameter capability to 26 inches is a function of the forging programme — not a compromise of the standard design — meaning the structural properties remain consistent across the full diameter range.

Vossen EVO-3R Available Finishes

Standard finishes include Dark Smoke, Textured Bronze, Light Smoke, and Satin Bronze. The full Vossen finishing programme is available across all 48 standard colours. Textured finishes include Textured Bronze, which adds a tactile surface texture to the spoke faces as part of the powder coat process.

The EVO-3R works well on Lamborghini Huracán, Ferrari 488/F8, McLaren 570S/720S, and any platform where rear wheels at 21 inches or above are part of the build specification. It is equally suited to wide-body Nissan GT-R, BMW M4 GTS, and Porsche 992 Turbo where arch clearance permits the extended diameter range.
