The three-piece assembly expands fitment options through independently configurable inner and outer barrel dimensions.

The EVO-4 (3-Piece) is assembled from a forged face, inner barrel, and outer barrel - each CNC machined at Vossen's TUV-verified Miami facility. The construction allows for custom width configurations beyond the range available in monoblock form. Bolt pattern, center bore, and offset are precision-machined to the specific vehicle application, using data from over 100 reference points per platform.

Construction: Three-piece forged. Material: Forged aluminum alloy. Available in 18- to 24-inch diameters and 8.5- to 13-inch widths. Custom sizes, offsets, and PCD configurations available to order. Finish options: Satin Black standard finish plus 48 custom colours.
