Vossen EVO-4R (3-Piece) applies the motorsport-derived ten-spoke face geometry of the EVO-4R to a fully adjustable three-piece barrel construction. The result is a wheel that can meet the structural and visual requirements of a performance sports car build while accommodating the exact offset and lip specification the individual vehicle demands.

The decision to produce the EVO-4R in three-piece form was driven by the fitment requirements of sports cars running lowered suspension or custom offset configurations where a monoblock cannot achieve the precise geometry needed. The ten-spoke face geometry carries across from the monoblock version without modification, meaning the visual signature of the EVO-4R is preserved regardless of the barrel specification chosen. Lip depth and offset are confirmed at the time of order and do not change post-manufacture.

Vossen EVO-4R (3-Piece) Design & Engineering: Separated Face and Barrel Assembly

The face is CNC-milled from a forged aluminum billet to the same specification as the monoblock EVO-4R, then assembled with inner and outer barrel sections using a bolt ring system. The outer lip can be polished, powder-coated, or colour-matched to the face finish. All assembly and finishing is performed at Vossen's Miami facility, where the completed wheel undergoes dimensional verification before shipping.

The adjustable barrel delivers the aggressive flush fitment monoblock versions cannot achieve on certain lowered platforms.
