Vossen S17-04 (3-Piece) is a three-piece forged wheel from Vossen's Series 17 collection - a line that uses complex spoke geometry to push what forged construction can express within a structured design brief. The three-piece format gives the wheel its depth advantage, with the outer barrel machined separately and hardware-joined to the centre disc to produce lip profiles and offset values matched exactly to each vehicle's requirements.

Vossen S17-04 (3-Piece) Design and Engineering: Three-Piece Forged Construction

The S17-04 (3-Piece) uses Vossen's three-piece forged manufacturing method where spoke geometry, lip width, and hub-bore dimensions are each confirmed against the target vehicle. The centre disc is forged from high-strength aluminium alloy and CNC machined at Vossen's TUV-verified facility in Miami, Florida. The separately manufactured outer barrel bolts to the disc using precision hardware, allowing dish depth to be tuned independently of the spoke face geometry. All critical dimensions are verified from more than 100 reference measurements per platform.

Construction: Forged three-piece. Material: Forged aluminum alloy. Available in 18-, 19-, 20-, 21-, 22-, and 24-inch diameters and 8.5"- to 13"-wide profiles as standard. Extended sizing available through Vossen's custom program. Finish options: 2 standard finishes plus 48 custom colours from Vossen's full palette. Custom bolt patterns, offsets, and centre bores machined to order.

Two standard finishes are offered: Matte Clear and Gloss Black. Vossen's full custom colour library covers 48 options from transparent finishes such as Dark Smoke and Light Smoke through solid tones such as Satin Black and Gloss Charcoal, to signature tints including Imperial Gold, Brickell Bronze, and Fountain Blue. All finishes are applied at Vossen's Miami facility as part of the same build process as the forging.
