The 2Forge ZF3 is a 19-inch flow-formed monoblock noted for its pronounced concave profile, made at 2Forge's Scotland facility for GT and performance applications where visual depth in the wheel face carries real value. Three widths from 8.5 to 10.5 inches. Nine finishes produced in-house. All ZF3 orders are built to the individual customer's car specification - stud pattern, hub bore, and offset are each confirmed and machined before the wheel leaves the facility.

The pronounced dish is produced through a spoke geometry that steps back sharply from the rim edge toward the hub, creating a strong shadow line when viewed from any angle and giving the wheel a premium, sculpted character that suits the GT-orientated vehicles the ZF3 is most frequently fitted to. Structurally, the concave depth presents a more complex load path than a shallow design, and the material distribution across each spoke has been optimised by 2Forge specifically for the 19-inch diameter and the concave geometry of this model. The flow-forming process handles the barrel, using controlled mechanical pressure to compress the alloy grain structure and produce a rim wall that carries the required load rating at reduced wall thickness - combining the 10.5 kg starting weight with the long-term durability of a JWL-VIA certified product.

The ZF3 is produced in 19-inch diameter at three standard widths: 8.5J, 9.5J, and 10.5J. Construction throughout is flow-formed monoblock. Starting weight: 10.5 kg. JWL-VIA road and track compliant. Five-bolt patterns in regular production include 5x98, 5x100, 5x108, 5x112, 5x114.3; additional stud configurations are accepted as custom orders. Each wheel's hub bore dimension and offset are matched precisely to the customer's vehicle rather than selected from catalogue stock.

The ZF3 is available in nine standard finishes: Gloss Black, Matt Black, Gloss Gunmetal, Matt Gunmetal, Gloss Bronze, Matt Bronze, Silver, Gold, and White. Every ZF3 finish is processed at 2Forge's Scotland facility and available in any width and offset configuration. Custom colours are accepted - Hodoor Wheels can advise on current lead times.
