360 Forged Straight 10 Competition Design and Engineering

The Straight 10 Competition is constructed from three separately forged and machined components: a forged center face, a forged outer rim, and a precision-machined inner barrel assembled to the customer's exact dimension. Ten evenly-spaced straight spokes radiate outward from the center, creating a structured, proportional face that reads cleanly at any size or width. The high spoke count distributes structural load across a wider face geometry, making this design particularly well-suited to heavier vehicles and larger diameter applications. Hardware is available in exposed or hidden configuration, and the lip profile can be specified as flat or stepped based on the target fitment and stance profile.

Construction: 3-piece forged aluminum. Material: Forged aluminum alloy. Available in 18- to 24-inch standard diameters (23-inch excluded); 4.5- to 13.5-inch standard widths with wider options available on request. Compatible with all 4, 5, and 6 lug bolt patterns. Profiles: flat lip or step lip, flat profile or deep dish. All Competition Series wheels undergo DOT, SAE, and ISO fatigue certification, high-speed testing to 230 mph, and a 20-point inspection before shipping from Miami. Pricing from $6,000 per set. The 3-piece construction allows independent finish selection for each component - center face, outer lip, and inner barrel - opening up two-tone and three-tone combinations that a monoblock wheel cannot achieve. Standard options include Gloss Black, Matte Black, Brushed Aluminum, Polished Aluminum, Gunmetal, and Bronze. The inner barrel is typically finished in Polished or Brushed Aluminum as a complement to the face. Full PPG Liquid Paint custom colours are available on request from the Miami facility.
