Every S05 Gen Two begins as a blank specification sheet. 360 Forged does not pull wheels from a shelf — this is a build-to-order house, and the S05 Gen Two Spec design is the starting point, not the finished product.
About 360 Forged
360 Forged has been operating from Miami, Florida since 2007 with a single operating principle: every wheel is made specifically for one vehicle, one owner, one specification. The company describes its own product as "low volume, high quality" — by design, not by accident. Each order starts with a one-on-one consultation with a 360 Forged specialist, which means the spoke geometry, finish, diameter, width, and offset of the S05 Gen Two are determined by the car it will go on, not the other way around. There is no catalogue variant, no generic PCD, and no compromised fitment.
The S05 Gen Two Platform
The S05 occupies the Gen Two generation of the 360 Forged monoblock range — an evolution of the original S05 Spec pattern with refined spoke proportions and tightened structural geometry. As a one-piece forging, the center face, barrel, and lip are milled from a single aerospace-grade aluminum billet, which eliminates assembly hardware, barrel welds, and the weight that comes with them. The Spec spoke layout — a multi-spoke pattern that reads as structured but not overworked — is machined to fit the exact clearance profile of the customer's caliper stack and fender line. The result is a wheel that fits the car it was built for without visible compromise.
