The DM011 monoblock programme begins with a solid aluminium billet, flow-formed or rotary-forged to grain-refine the lip region before CNC machining brings the wheel to final form. That process produces a structure with no barrel-to-face interface variables, no assembly tolerances, and no hardware in the load path — the wheel responds to cornering and braking loads as a single body.
