Every wheel is CNC machined at Vossen's TUV-verified facility in Miami, Florida.

Vossen EVO-4 Design and Engineering: Concave Profile Flexibility

Vossen's proprietary forging process engineers extra material into the face of each blank, allowing the EVO-4 to be machined from a flat face to a super-deep concave profile — all from the same forging. The result is that an 8.5" width can achieve the same visual depth as a 12.5" width. This concave flexibility is a defining characteristic of the EVO Series and gives each EVO-4 build a bespoke appearance regardless of the target vehicle's arch clearance.

Custom bolt patterns, center bores, and offsets are machined to each vehicle's exact specifications using data from over 100 reference points per platform. Standard finishes: Gloss Black, Patina Gold, Dark Smoke. Custom finishes: 48 colours available across Vossen's transparent and solid palettes.
