Description
The HRE 305 CRBN features a ten-spoke forged aluminum center joined to HRE's CRBN carbon fiber barrel. Ten narrow spokes arranged in close groupings create a visually dense face with strong rotational character, while the CRBN barrel behind them addresses weight reduction where it has the most measurable effect on vehicle dynamics — the rotating, unsprung mass at each corner.
HRE's CRBN barrel uses precision closed-mold vacuum infusion, pressing the fiber-resin system uniformly against the tool surface to produce a void-free composite without the bond-line defects and inconsistencies common in open-mold production. A laser-etched serial number on each barrel supports quality tracking from manufacture. An embedded RFID tag provides traceability throughout the wheel's working life and enables post-sale authentication. The 305 CRBN's forged 6061-T6 aluminum center is assembled to the CRBN barrel using HRE-specification titanium fasteners. The wheel is rated to 750 kg structural load minimum. Center Lock fitment is supported across all 305 CRBN configurations.
Available sizes: 20 to 23 inches diameter, 9 to 12.5 inches width. CRBN clear coat: Frozen (satin) or Gloss. Forged center finish: any from HRE's bespoke program. Starting price: $6,525 USD per wheel. Production: San Diego, California. Delivery: approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
The 305 CRBN is engineered for high-performance fitments including Ferrari SF90 Stradale, Lamborghini Huracan EVO, Porsche 992 GT3 and GT3 RS, McLaren 765LT, BMW M3 Competition and M4 CSL, Aston Martin DBS, and Mercedes-AMG GT. Each set is assembled to exact bolt pattern, bore, width, and offset for the specific vehicle.
