The S107 low spoke count creates a face dominated by open negative space between spokes, allowing barrel depth and brake hardware to register prominently from an exterior viewing angle. In the 3-piece format, independent forged centre, inner barrel, and outer barrel are joined with titanium hardware, allowing spoke proportions and barrel depth to each be tuned without affecting the other.
