HRE S111SC Design and Engineering: Dense Spoke Array and Deep Concave Profile

Multiple individual spokes are arranged at close angular intervals from the center hub to the barrel bolt circle, producing a face with minimal negative space between spoke elements. This tight arrangement drives the eye directly to the barrel lip geometry, reinforcing the perception of wheel depth on large-diameter fitments. Each spoke cross-section is machined to a consistent profile from root to tip, maintaining uniform bending stiffness and supporting the SuperConcave barrel transition that defines the S1SC aesthetic. Barrel lip options: Angled Lip FMR® for a sharp modern chamfer, or Flange Lip for a flat motorsport reference. Hardware is available in Visible or Hidden specification. Center Lock and titanium options are supported for track and competition use. Note: 23- and 24-inch sizes use the Round Lip FMR-X barrel profile.

As a 2-piece FMR® design, the S111SC allows the dense multi-spoke forged aluminum center to be finished independently from the FMR® barrel, enabling precisely tailored two-tone combinations. The closely packed spoke array creates a high surface area at the wheel face - finishes with strong highlight response such as Polished or Brushed variants produce a layered effect that emphasizes the spoke geometry. The complete HRE standard finish palette of over 70 colors is available, from Gloss and Satin Black through metallic tones in Gold, Bronze, Copper, Red, Blue, iLectric Blue, and Purple. Custom finish combinations are accommodated on request.
