CNC machined at Vossen's Miami facility to exact vehicle specifications, each EVO-3 is produced individually to the buyer's precise diameter, width, offset, and bolt pattern.

Vossen EVO-3 Design and Engineering: CNC Concave Depth Adjustment

Vossen's EVO-3 forging blank carries surplus face material, enabling the CNC machining stage to set any concave depth from a single master blank - a process that makes every EVO-3 effectively bespoke. This adjustable concave depth is critical for cross-platform fitment: a 9-inch EVO-3 destined for a Porsche 911 rear position can receive equivalent visual depth to a 12-inch unit on a RAM 1500 TRX. Six standard finishes and a 48-colour extended library make the EVO-3 adaptable across understated European builds and bold American truck aesthetics alike.

Vossen EVO-3 Available Finishes

Six standard finishes are available: Dark Smoke, Bronzino, Brickell Bronze, Satin Black, Gloss Black, and Matte Midnight Smoke. Bronzino and Brickell Bronze offer warm metallic tones that pair particularly well with darker body colours; Dark Smoke and Matte Midnight Smoke suit builds where a stealth monochromatic look is the objective. All 48 colours from Vossen's extended library are available for custom orders.

The EVO-3's 19- to 26-inch range covers a uniquely broad vehicle spectrum. On the sports car side, Porsche 911 and Dodge Viper fitments benefit from the concave depth at 19 to 21 inches. At the larger end, the RAM 1500 TRX, Ford F-150 Raptor, and Chevrolet Silverado 1500 are served by 22- to 26-inch configurations. Custom bolt patterns and offsets are machined per platform across all applications.
