Produced at Vossen's TUV-certified facility in Miami, Florida, the EVO-4 delivers a compact, single-piece structure with the visual aggression of a dedicated track fitment.

Vossen EVO-4 Design and Engineering: Deep Concave Face Architecture

The EVO-4's defining characteristic is its deep concave face profile, achievable from flat to maximum concave depth within the same forging blank. Vossen engineers additional face material into every EVO-4 blank at the forging stage, meaning the CNC machining process - rather than the blank size - determines the final concave depth. This compact monoblock format produces a wheel face that sits substantially deeper within the barrel than conventional cast designs, accentuating the arch fill on low-ride-height platforms without requiring oversized widths.

Construction: Forged monoblock. Material: Forged aluminum alloy. Available diameters: 17 inches to 26 inches. Available widths: 8.5 inches to 13 inches. Each wheel is machined to exact bolt pattern, center bore, and offset per vehicle. Standard finishes: Gloss Black, Patina Gold, Dark Smoke. Extended palette: 48 custom colours available across Vossen's transparent, solid, and matte libraries.

Vossen EVO-4 Available Finishes

Three standard finishes are offered: Gloss Black, Patina Gold, and Dark Smoke. Gloss Black amplifies the concave shadow effect at the spoke face; Patina Gold introduces a warm oxidised metallic tone suited to contrasting body colours; Dark Smoke provides a tinted semi-transparent look that reveals the forged alloy structure beneath. Vossen's full 48-colour library is available for any custom specification.

Vossen EVO-4 Vehicle Fitment: Exotic Sports Cars and GT Platforms

The EVO-4 is particularly well suited to Ferrari SF90, McLaren 720S, and Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica platforms, where the deep concave profile works in proportion with wide rear arches and a low centre of gravity. The compact monoblock construction also suits Aston Martin Vantage and Bentley Continental GT fitments where a stepped, aggressive face character is required without three-piece weight overhead.
