Vossen EVO-4 (3-Piece) is a three-piece forged wheel from the EVO Series - Vossen's forged lineup. The EVO-4 features a technical, multi-layer spoke design with a compact spoke count that emphasises open space and visual depth. The three-piece assembly expands fitment options through independently configurable inner and outer barrel dimensions.

Vossen EVO-4 (3-Piece) Design and Engineering: Three-Piece Technical Spoke Build

The EVO-4 (3-Piece) is assembled from a forged face, inner barrel, and outer barrel - each CNC machined at Vossen's TUV-verified Miami facility. The construction allows for custom width configurations beyond the range available in monoblock form. Bolt pattern, center bore, and offset are precision-machined to the specific vehicle application, using data from over 100 reference points per platform.

Standard finish: Satin Black - a semi-matte dark finish that complements the technical spoke geometry. Vossen's full 48-colour custom finishing library is available to order, including transparent and solid colour options. All finishes are applied at Vossen's Miami facility.
