The three-part assembly - face, inner barrel, and outer lip - is produced at Vossen's TUV-verified Miami facility, with each piece machined and finished separately before hardware assembly. This construction allows contrasting surface treatments across the wheel: a brushed face against a polished lip, or a tinted center against a raw aluminum barrel edge, all from Vossen's 48-color custom finish programme. The GEN-07 (3-Piece) is available in 18- to 24-inch diameters and 8.5- to 16-inch widths, covering both sport coupe and large SUV fitment specifications within the same build programme.

Vossen GEN-07 (3-Piece) Design and Engineering

The GEN-07 face is built on Vossen's proprietary forging blank, which carries additional material at the face to allow CNC-machined concave profiles from flat through to super deep without changing the base forging. An 8.5-inch-wide GEN-07 (3-Piece) can achieve the same maximum concave depth as a 12.5-inch wheel using this approach. The three-piece barrel construction allows dish depth and overall width to be specified independently of the spoke geometry - a critical advantage for staggered fitment programmes where front and rear wheels share the same face design but require different barrel depths and offsets. All bolt patterns, center bores, and offsets are CNC-machined to order from over 100 vehicle-specific measurement points.
