The S17-04 (Monoblock) achieves its depth of appearance through spoke cross-section geometry and face angle, both of which are machined to interact with light in a way that reads as layered from multiple viewing angles. Every unit is CNC machined at Vossen's TUV-verified production facility in Miami, Florida. Bolt pattern, centre bore, and offset are each confirmed from over 100 reference measurements per target platform. The monoblock format eliminates barrel-to-disc hardware, reducing unsprung weight relative to the three-piece version.

All finishes are applied at Vossen's Miami facility under the same quality process as the forging itself.
