The machined outer barrel is sealed to the centre disc with hardware that allows for individual lip width and offset adjustment per application. Every wheel is CNC machined at Vossen's TUV-verified facility in Miami, Florida, with all critical dimensions confirmed from over 100 reference measurements taken around each target platform.

Construction: Forged three-piece. Material: Forged aluminum alloy. Available in 18-, 19-, 20-, 21-, 22-, and 24-inch diameters and 8.5"- to 16"-wide profiles as standard. Extended sizing available through Vossen's custom program. Finish options: 2 standard finishes plus 48 custom colours from Vossen's full palette. Custom bolt patterns, offsets, and centre bores machined to order.

Two standard finishes are offered: Gloss Charcoal and Patina Gold. Vossen's full custom colour library covers 48 options spanning transparent finishes such as Dark Smoke and Light Smoke, solid tones including Gloss Black and Satin Black, and signature tints such as Brickell Bronze, Imperial Gold, and Fountain Blue. All finishes are applied at Vossen's Miami production facility as part of the same process as the forging itself.
