Vossen S21-01 Carbon is a forged monoblock wheel fitted with a carbon fiber outer barrel, combining a precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum alloy face with a structural carbon fiber composite lip. The result is a wheel that reduces unsprung rotational mass without compromising the visual depth and spoke definition of the S21-01 design.

Vossen S21-01 Carbon Design and Engineering: Aluminum and Carbon Fiber Construction

The S21-01 Carbon retains the same eight-spoke layout as the standard S21-01, with a concave face that transitions into a carbon fiber barrel wrapped around the outer edge. The barrel is manufactured from prepreg carbon fiber, hand-laid and cured to the same tolerances as the aluminum face. The junction between aluminum and carbon is hardware-secured and sealed at Vossen's Miami facility. Custom PCD, center bore, and offset configurations are machined to the vehicle's exact specification.
