Where Flow-Forming Meets Billet Aluminium

The RN is produced using BBS's multi-stage flow-forming process, beginning with a billet of 6000-series aluminium. Each wheel is formed under extreme pressure, and the rim area is flow-formed to compact the material and align its grain structure. This increases strength and stiffness while reducing weight - a combination that matters on heavier vehicles where unsprung mass has a direct effect on ride quality and handling. The RN is weight-optimised through FEM analysis, ensuring that material is placed where it is needed and removed where it is not.
