301 CRBN

The HRE 301 CRBN is a two-piece forged wheel from the Classic CRBN Series, pairing an angular multi-spoke forged aluminum center with HRE's CRBN barrel — a proprietary carbon composite produced in-house using closed-mold infusion techniques developed across four decades of wheel manufacturing.

The 301 CRBN's spoke layout presents a distinctive angular arrangement that frames the CRBN barrel behind each spoke. Manufacturing the barrel from carbon fiber rather than alloy removes substantial rotating mass without altering the structural envelope — achieving load certification and fitment flexibility equivalent to a conventional premium wheel at significantly lower unsprung weight. HRE's resin infusion system eliminates the laminate voids and seam lines that appear on barrel-and-rim assemblies from competing manufacturers. Each 301 CRBN barrel carries an embedded RFID chip for product authentication and service history, and titanium hardware secures the barrel to the forged center. Center Lock capability is available. The 301 CRBN is load-tested to 750 kg minimum structural load and backed by a 3-Year Limited Structural Warranty and 1-Year Finish Warranty.

The 301 CRBN is manufactured in 20- to 23-inch diameters and 9- to 12.5-inch widths. The CRBN barrel is finished in Frozen (matte satin) or Gloss clear coat. The forged aluminum center is finished to order from HRE's full bespoke colour programme, covering brushed metals, painted finishes, and textured options. Custom sizes are available to order.
