The HRE 303 CRBN is a two-piece forged wheel built around a deep-concave five-spoke center machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and HRE's CRBN barrel — a carbon fiber component whose inward-raked geometry creates a pronounced visual depth, framing the woven carbon surface visible through the face of the wheel.

CRBN barrel production takes place at HRE's San Diego facility under vacuum-pressure closed-mold infusion. The enclosed tooling controls resin distribution across the full barrel geometry, yielding a dense, void-free laminate with consistent thickness from rim lip to bead seat. No seam interrupts the outer barrel surface because the proprietary mold eliminates the bond-line junction found on conventional barrel-and-center assemblies. Each barrel receives a laser-etched serial number and an embedded RFID chip for full lifecycle traceability. The 303 CRBN's forged aluminum center is precision-machined to final tolerances and secured to the barrel using aerospace-grade titanium fasteners. Center Lock configurations are available for track applications. Structural load certification: 750 kg minimum.
