309 CRBN

HRE 309 CRBN belongs to the Classic CRBN Series — a two-piece forged wheel with a five-spoke center machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and a full-length CRBN carbon fiber barrel. Where other models in the series favour deep concavity or high spoke count, the 309 CRBN presents a flat-face open profile that exposes the barrel directly behind each spoke, letting the carbon weave read as the primary visual element of the wheel face.

The 309 CRBN barrel is produced using HRE's in-house vacuum-assisted closed-mold resin transfer method, which ensures consistent laminate wall thickness and eliminates the surface voids and inner-lip seam typical of bonded barrel assemblies. Each barrel is individually marked with a laser-etched number at production and equipped with an embedded RFID chip for lifetime traceability and warranty support. The aluminum spokes are precision-machined and joined to the CRBN barrel with titanium bolts torqued to HRE's internal specification. Center Lock fitment is offered for competition-oriented builds. Load certification: 750 kg tested minimum.
