520 CRBN

The HRE 520 CRBN is the lead wheel of the 520 CRBN Series, developed alongside Lamborghini Huracan Tecnica, Chevrolet C8 Corvette Z06, and BMW G87 M2 as primary engineering references. Its spoke architecture and center depth were dimensioned against these platforms, giving every specification decision — from offset to barrel clearance — a direct link to current-generation sports car geometry.

Each 520 CRBN uses a forged 6061-T6 aluminum center joined to a CRBN carbon fiber barrel manufactured at HRE's San Diego facility. The barrel is produced through a proprietary vacuum-assisted resin transfer process that creates a void-free internal laminate structure with consistent outer surface quality throughout. Each barrel records a unique production reference and carries an embedded RFID chip for lifecycle documentation and owner support. The aluminum center is attached to the barrel using high-strength titanium fasteners torqued to HRE's assembly specification. The 520 CRBN is rated to 750 kg minimum structural load and supports Center Lock mounting for track-configuration builds.
