521 CRBN

HRE 521 CRBN is the companion wheel to the 520, sharing the same CRBN barrel platform but offering a distinct spoke arrangement suited to narrow-track offset requirements on track-oriented GT vehicles. It was validated against Porsche 992 GT3 as its primary reference, and its spoke geometry and center depth were dimensioned specifically for the rear-biased sports car architectures common in current GT classes.

The wheel pairs a forged 6061-T6 aluminum center with a CRBN carbon fiber barrel produced at HRE's San Diego factory through vacuum-pressure closed-mold resin infusion. In this process the mold presses the fiber layers uniformly against the tool surface throughout the curing cycle, achieving a dense, consistent laminate without the thickness variation or surface voids that appear in open-mold barrel production. A laser-etched serial number and embedded RFID chip provide complete traceability and post-sale service records. Titanium assembly hardware joins the barrel to the forged center. Structural certification: 750 kg minimum load. Center Lock fitment available.
