The HRE 935 CRBN is a two-piece forged wheel from the Vintage CRBN® Series, pairing HRE's distinctive multi-spoke center profile with a CRBN® carbon fiber barrel. Drawing its name from one of motorsport's most celebrated engineering legends, the 935 CRBN delivers performance-grade construction with a visual identity rooted in racing heritage.

Each 935 CRBN barrel is produced through HRE's in-house closed-mold VARTM process, in which dry carbon fabric is drawn under controlled vacuum into a precision mold tool and infused with resin until no trapped air or resin-starved zones remain in the laminate. The resulting composite wall carries a fiber volume fraction optimized for energy absorption on impact — a property directly relevant to the 935 CRBN's intended use on high-performance roads and circuit environments where road debris and curb contact are realistic hazards.

The 935 CRBN's multi-spoke center is forged from 6061-T6 billet and CNC-machined to a spoke cross-section that distributes braking torque and lateral cornering loads evenly around the barrel bolt circle. Assembly uses titanium hardware torqued to a fastener preload specification derived from HRE's race-informed structural analysis. The two-piece platform allows center and barrel to be specified independently, supporting a broad matrix of offset, center bore, and center finish combinations across every supported vehicle platform.

The toughened-resin matrix in the 935 CRBN barrel is compounded to maintain structural integrity following edge impacts — the dominant failure mode in road use — without adding unnecessary mass to the outer barrel wall. HRE's tooling eliminates carbon seams from the visible lip and all inner barrel surfaces, producing an unbroken carbon fiber appearance that reads sharply against the multi-spoke center profile and reinforces the 935 CRBN's motorsport-derived visual character.

Embedded RFID technology in each 935 CRBN enables product authentication and post-sale service tracking. The wheel meets a minimum 750 kg load rating and is available in Center Lock applications for track and competition use. Every CRBN® wheel includes a 3-Year Limited Structural Warranty and a 1-Year Finish Warranty as standard.

The 935 CRBN barrel is available with Frozen (satin) or Gloss clear coat, giving owners control over the visual character of the carbon surface. The Frozen finish provides a disciplined matte expression while the Gloss option brings the woven barrel pattern to full reflective life. The forged aluminum center is available in any of HRE's custom finish options for complete personalization.

Available in 20 to 23 inch diameters and widths from 9 to 12.5 inches, the 935 CRBN serves the requirements of large luxury SUVs, high-performance sports cars, and dedicated track-day vehicles across a wide range of platforms.
