HRE Performance Wheels HX100 is the lead model of the Series HX1 CRBN® programme — a 2-piece modular wheel that establishes the architecture and manufacturing standard for the entire HX1 collection. Combining a precision-forged 6061-T6 aluminum center with HRE's proprietary CRBN® carbon fiber barrel, the HX100 represents four decades of wheel engineering applied to carbon fiber barrel construction at the highest level of production quality.

Each HX100 CRBN® barrel is produced through precision closed-mold Vacuum-Assisted Resin-Transfer Molding (VARTM), with a toughened-resin system that delivers defined impact resistance properties while maintaining the minimum achievable barrel mass. HRE's proprietary barrel-lip construction eliminates the visible carbon seam at the outer lip and inner barrel — a manufacturing refinement that places the HX100 above carbon wheels produced using conventional open-mold techniques. Every HX100 barrel carries an embedded RFID chip, enabling ownership authentication and full service history tracking from production through the wheel's operational lifespan. The forged aluminum center attaches to the CRBN® barrel using titanium hardware sourced to aerospace tolerances — a specification typically reserved for competition wheel assemblies. Center Lock fitment is available for track-day and circuit applications requiring rapid wheel changes.
