The S201H spoke profile uses compound-angle faces and flat spoke planes to create an architectural character within the Series S2H High Concave format, and the 3-piece variant adds barrel depth control and independent section finishing to this geometric foundation. Manufactured in California, USA, from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, the S201H (3-Piece) is the most configurable version of this spoke design.

HRE S201H (3-Piece) Design and Engineering: Spoke Vertex Geometry, Section Contrast, and Adjustable Barrel Depth

In the 3-piece format, the S201H angular spoke geometry gains a new dimension: the vertex lines where compound-angle spoke faces meet can be emphasised by barrel colour contrast, as the barrel finish seen through spoke windows provides a visual reference that makes spoke geometric edges appear sharper. The independent barrel specification also allows the builder to set the exact concave depth required for each vehicle - from a shallow concave that subtly recesses spoke tips to a deep concave that fully immerses them in barrel shadow. The three-section titanium assembly is inspected and torqued to specification at HRE California facility before dispatch.
