RAYS 57FR-X

The 57FR-X is a dedicated fitment wheel for the Suzuki Jimny and Jimny Sierra — designed specifically for the constraints and aesthetic language of that platform. RAYS applied Cast Flow Forming (RCF) technology to the rim for the first time in the gramLIGHTS line, reducing rim weight while retaining the structural rigidity required for a vehicle that transitions between on-road and off-road use.

RAYS Cast Flow Forming

Cast Flow Forming (RCF) is RAYS' process for producing lighter-weight cast wheel rims by applying pressure to the rim barrel during the casting process — compressing and elongating the material to create a denser grain structure than conventional casting alone produces. The 57FR-X is the first gramLIGHTS model to use RCF on the rim section, making it lighter than a conventionally cast equivalent while remaining within the structural specification for Jimny use.

Reverse Rim and Concave Design

The 57FR-X uses a reverse rim construction with a saucer-shaped (overhead disk) profile per size — the rim is oriented to produce a visible concave from the front of the wheel rather than the flat face of a standard cast rim. This design approach is more commonly associated with forged wheels and gives the 57FR-X a more aggressive stance on the Jimny than its cast-monoblock category would typically suggest.

Suzuki Jimny Fitment Specific

All 57FR-X sizes use 5-hole 139.7 PCD with 108.8 mm hub bore — the standard Jimny specification. Sizes run from 16x5.5J to 16x7J with inset options tuned for stock-replacement through mild-aggressive fitment profiles on both the standard Jimny and the wider Jimny Sierra body.
