Volk Racing TE37 SONIC SL is a forged monoblock wheel developed by RAYS under its Volk Racing performance line. Drawing directly from the motorsport heritage of the TE37 family, the SONIC SL adapts the iconic six-spoke forged architecture to 15- and 16-inch diameter fitments, serving the compact sports car and track-day build segment where low rotating mass is critical to performance.

The TE37 SONIC SL uses RAYS' proven forged monoblock construction - a single piece of forged aluminum alloy machined to its final form on multi-axis CNC equipment. The six-spoke layout maximises structural efficiency at small diameters, keeping the wheel both rigid and light without compromising JWL+R Spec 2 safety requirements. Multiple face design variants (F0 through F5) allow the spoke geometry to be optimised for each specific width and inset combination, ensuring correct aesthetics and clearance across the range. The Pressed Graphite (PG) finish is applied after machining, providing a durable matte-graphite tone suited to competition and daily use.
