Evolution of the TE37V with Enhanced Strength, Rigidity, and Racing Know-How

Volk Racing TE37V-PRO is the PRO evolution of the TE37V, arriving after 14 years of refinement since the original model’s launch. The TE37V-PRO inherits the deep-rim design and lightweight architecture of the original while incorporating strength and rigidity improvements driven by RAYS’s global sprint and endurance racing programme. The concept remains the same: forged one-piece monoblock construction for vintage and neo-classic vehicles, but engineered to the tighter tolerances demanded by the PRO designation.

Motorsport-Derived Development

RAYS’s philosophy is stated clearly: “The concept is racing.” The TE37V-PRO reflects this directly. Over the 14 years since the TE37V’s introduction, vehicle weight reductions, engine output increases, and high-grip tyre development have all progressed. The TE37V-PRO incorporates the know-how gained from all types of racing scenes worldwide — the same development loop that feeds every new Volk Racing product — into a format purpose-built for classic and neo-classic builds.

Knurling Finish Construction

Beyond the standard TE37V, the TE37V-PRO adds a knurling finish to its forged one-piece construction — a machining treatment applied to specific surfaces that enhances the tactile quality of the wheel and contributes to the visual precision of the spoke geometry. Available in Pressed Graphite (PG) across 15-inch, 16-inch, 17-inch, and 18-inch diameters in 4×100, 4×114.3, 5×100, 5×114.3, and 5×120 bolt patterns, covering Mazda Roadster NA/NB/ND, Honda Civic EK4, AE86, and wide-body builds.

The PRO Statement

A sticker set is included with each wheel, allowing the owner to personalise the face in the tradition of Japanese motorsport aesthetics. Optional centre caps are not compatible with the TE37V-PRO — a deliberate design decision that gives the face a cleaner, more focused appearance without the hub cover interrupting the spoke structure.
