The GEN-03 (Monoblock) uses a compact, integrated construction - disc, spokes, and barrel machined from a single forged billet - to minimize weight and maximize rigidity where it counts: under hard braking and through fast corners.

Vossen GEN-03 (Monoblock) Design and Engineering: Concave Profile Flexibility

The GEN-03 (Monoblock) features Vossen's proprietary forging geometry, engineered with additional material on the spoke face to allow CNC-machining into profiles from flat to super-deep concave. An 8.5-inch-wide GEN-03 (Monoblock) can be machined to the same concavity as a 12.5-inch wheel - giving builders maximum visual depth without compromising fitment. Spoke geometry is optimized for stiffness-to-weight ratio, with every forging produced at Vossen's TUV-verified facility in Miami, Florida.

Construction: Forged monoblock. Material: Forged aluminum alloy. Available in 19-inch to 26-inch diameters and 8.5-inch to 12-inch widths. Custom bolt patterns, center bores, and offsets machined to vehicle specifications using data from over 100 reference points. GEN Series center cap configurations include Classic and Sport plate options in Gloss Black, Satin Black, Vossen Red, and Gloss Clear finishes, with floating cap available as an additional option.
