Vossen GEN-04 (3-Piece) is a three-piece forged wheel constructed from a separate forged center, inner barrel, and outer lip, bolted together and sealed with Vossen's standard hardware kit. The three-piece format opens the GEN-04's finish and width options far beyond what a monoblock allows, making it the preferred specification for GT cars, luxury saloons, and bespoke builds where exact fitment and personal finish are equally important.

Vossen GEN-04 (3-Piece) Design & Engineering: Three-Piece Multi-Spoke Construction

The GEN-04 (3-Piece) carries the same compact, multi-spoke face geometry as the monoblock version, but the three-piece build allows the center to be finished independently from the barrel and lip. This means the face can be polished, painted, or coated in one finish while the lip receives a contrasting or complementary treatment. The stepped three-piece construction also allows for greater depth in the dish, which gives the wheel a pronounced concave profile particularly well suited to wide-body and stance-oriented builds.

Construction: Three-piece forged. Material: Forged aluminum alloy. Available in 18" to 24" diameters and 8.5" to 16" widths. Standard finishes: Gloss Clear and Gloss Black. Split-finish combinations, custom PCD, center bore, and offset available through Vossen's custom programme.

Standard options are Gloss Clear and Gloss Black. In three-piece configuration, Vossen offers finish splitting: center and barrel can be specified separately, allowing two-tone combinations such as a polished lip with a matte or painted face.
