The GEN-05 (3-Piece) is engineered with a forged aluminum center, a forged inner barrel, and a finished outer lip. The three-piece design separates the face from the barrel, allowing precise adjustment of the offset and lip depth without changing the overall spoke profile. Vossen's proprietary forging allows the face to be machined to any concave depth, from flat to super concave, within the available width range - making each GEN-05 effectively a bespoke build for the specific vehicle and specification it is ordered for.
