Vossen GEN-20 (Monoblock) is a single-piece forged wheel machined from one forging blank without joins, bolts, or barrel hardware between face and rim. The single-piece body eliminates the interface weight of a three-piece barrel assembly, producing a lighter rotating component with higher structural rigidity at the spoke-to-lip transition. Available in 19 to 26-inch diameters - including the 26-inch sizing not offered in the three-piece programme - the GEN-20 (Monoblock) covers platforms where minimising unsprung mass and maintaining precise spoke geometry are the primary objectives: sports cars, GT coupes, and performance luxury saloons.

Vossen GEN-20 Monoblock Face Geometry and Sizing Range

Twenty radial spokes are machined from the same forging blank as the barrel, locking spoke geometry and lip depth into a single rigid structure that cannot shift or loosen over time. Vossen's proprietary forging blank carries extra material on the face, allowing the machining centre to produce flat, moderate, or deep concave profiles without restricting available widths. At 20 inches the GEN-20 (Monoblock) is offered from 8.5 to 13 inches wide; at 21 and 22 inches from 8.5 to 12.5; at 23 inches from 10 to 12; at 24 and 26 inches from 9 to 10. Bolt pattern, center bore, and offset are CNC-machined individually for each order.

Gloss Clear is the standard delivery finish, applied at Vossen's Miami TUV-verified facility. The custom programme offers 48 options: transparent lacquers over the machined aluminum face, solid and satin colours, and brushed surface treatments. Center cap components - trim ring, nut, and center insert - are selected separately in four standard finishes at no additional cost. Custom powder on center cap parts and raw delivery for third-party paint matching are both available on request.

Where the three-piece GEN-20 suits platforms needing different barrel widths per axle, the monoblock is the stronger choice when the target is reducing rotating mass and both axle positions share the same diameter. The Porsche 911 Turbo S is commonly built on 21x9 front and 21x11 rear; the BMW M8 Competition on 21x9.5 and 21x11; the Aston Martin DB12 on 21x9.5 or 22x10; the Bentley Continental GT W12 on 22x10 front and 22x11 rear. Ferrari 812 Superfast and similar front-engined GT platforms typically take 20x9 front and 20x11.5 rear as a near-flush fitment. Every specification is confirmed from vehicle geometry before the order enters the forging queue.
