Vossen HF-7 is a flow-formed monoblock wheel from the Hybrid Forged series for 5-lug vehicles. Its design is taken directly from the Vossen EVO-5R forged program, translating the pocketed spoke geometry and aggressive split-spoke architecture of its full forged counterpart into a flow-formed construction that delivers the same visual character at a more accessible price point.

Pocketed Split-Spoke Design Derived from the Vossen EVO-5R Forged Wheel

The HF-7 features pocketed spokes in an aggressive split-spoke pattern drawn directly from the EVO-5R forged design. Each spoke divides near the rim, creating multi-layered visual depth. The flow-formed barrel begins as a cast aluminum blank processed under hydraulic pressure and heat, stretching and compressing the material to align its grain structure, producing barrel strength approaching full forged specification.

Construction: Flow-formed monoblock. Material: Flow-formed aluminum alloy. Available in 19 to 24-inch diameters and 8.5 to 12-inch widths. Bolt patterns: 5x112, 5x114.3, 5x120, 5x127, 5x130, and custom blank. Custom bolt patterns, center bores, and offsets available through the Vossen Custom Tailored Program.

HF-7 is offered in Silver Polished and Gloss Black as standard catalog finishes. Satin Bronze, Anthracite, Satin Silver, and Satin Black are available as custom powder coat options, applied at Vossen's Miami, FL facility.
