Vossen HF6-1 Design and Engineering: Ten-Spoke Flow-Formed Construction

The HF6-1 features a ten-spoke directional design with a strong outward taper from center to rim, creating visual depth that works at scale on larger vehicles. Each wheel begins as a cast aluminum blank and is then flow-formed - a process that applies controlled pressure to the barrel as it spins, refining the aluminum grain structure and significantly increasing tensile strength compared to standard cast alloy.
