Vossen HF6-3 is a flow-formed monoblock wheel developed for the 6-lug truck and luxury SUV segment. Building on the Hybrid Forged manufacturing process common to the entire HF6 lineup, the HF6-3 delivers an aggressive spoke architecture that complements the proportions of premium platforms including the Cadillac Escalade V, Lexus GX550, GMC Yukon Denali, and comparable full-size luxury SUVs.

Vossen HF6-3 Design and Engineering: Bold Multi-Spoke Flow-Formed Construction

The HF6-3 presents a bold multi-spoke design with strong face depth and spoke taper that creates visual impact on large-diameter fitments. Flow-forming begins with a cast aluminum blank, which is then mounted to the forming drum and subjected to hydraulic pressure - stretching the barrel material and refining its grain structure. This strengthens the aluminum without the cost of full forged production, producing a wheel that bridges the performance and price gap between standard cast and forged alternatives. The HF6-3 is available in transparent coatings that preserve the machined aluminum surface, as well as matte and brushed options for different aesthetic directions.

Construction: Flow-formed monoblock. Material: Flow-formed aluminum alloy. Available in 20- to 24-inch diameters and 9.5- to 10-inch widths. Bolt patterns: 6x135, 6x139.7, and Blank configurations. Offsets: 20" at +15, 22" at +20, 24" at +25 for standard bolt patterns. Blank program: -8 to +30 across sizes. 8 standard finishes available. Custom sizing and offset programs available through the Vossen CNC program.

The HF6-3 is offered in Matte Gunmetal, Silver Polished, Satin Black, Gloss Black, Brushed Gloss Black, Satin Silver, Satin Bronze, and Anthracite. The Brushed Gloss Black treatment provides a distinctive textured surface that contrasts with the smooth spoke faces, while the Silver Polished and Satin Silver options emphasize the machined aluminum quality of the flow-formed construction.
