Forged Design Language in a Flow-Formed Construction

Vossen HFX-6 (8-Lug) is a flow-formed hybrid forged monoblock wheel built for 8-lug trucks and heavy-duty SUVs. The HFX-6 is part of Vossen's HFX Hybrid Forged series - combining the design depth of the LC forged family with flow-formed construction for a stronger, lighter wheel that fits the most common 8-lug heavy-duty platforms.

Design and Engineering

The HFX-6 features a pronounced multi-spoke face available in Deep, Super Deep, and Ultra Deep concave profiles. The flow forming process uses hydraulic rollers to stretch the barrel of a cast blank under heat and pressure, improving the grain structure of the aluminum and producing a barrel with characteristics closer to a forged wheel. The finished wheel is CNC-machined and completed at Vossen's production facility in Miami, Florida.

Available Finishes

The HFX-6 is available in Silver Polished, Terra Bronze, Hyper Gunmetal, Gloss Black, and Satin Black. Custom finishes from Vossen's full powder coat library are available to order. All finishes are applied at Vossen's facility in Miami, Florida, USA.

The HFX-6 (8-Lug) is engineered for 8-lug trucks and heavy-duty SUVs including Ford F-250/F-350, RAM 2500/3500, Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500, GMC Sierra 2500/3500, Toyota Tundra, and similar platforms.
