Vossen S21-02 (3-Piece) is a three-piece forged wheel from the Series 21 collection, combining a CNC-machined forged aluminum face with a separate inner barrel and lip assembly. The multi-piece construction allows for fitment customisations that a monoblock wheel cannot offer - including deep concave profiles, stepped lips, and extreme widths for low-vehicle builds and track configurations.

Vossen S21-02 (3-Piece) Design and Engineering: Multi-Piece Forged Construction

The S21-02 face carries the same angular multi-spoke design as the monoblock variant, but in three-piece form the barrel depth and step configuration are defined per order. The face is forged from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the barrel section is CNC-machined from 6061-T6, and the assembly is hardware-bolted at the lip. This gives the wheel a profile that can be tuned to the exact arch depth and track width of the vehicle. The result is a wheel that fits the build, not the other way around.
