The Founding Design of the Vossen VFX Forged Collection

Vossen VFX-01 is a forged monoblock wheel representing the opening design in the VFX series. Machined from a single forged 6061-T6 aluminum alloy blank at Vossen's Miami facility, the VFX-01 established the VFX design language - a structured spoke layout with a deep concave profile and refined outer barrel.

Vossen VFX-01 Design and Engineering: Structured Spoke Forged Monoblock

The VFX-01 face is built around a structured spoke arrangement with consistent spoke width from center to outer edge. The concave depth is moderate compared to later VFX designs, giving the wheel a proportionate face that translates cleanly across diameter sizes. Each wheel is CNC-machined from a single forging, then finished at Vossen's TUV-certified facility in Miami, Florida. Custom PCD, center bore, and offset are machined to vehicle specification on every order.

The VFX-01 is offered in Satin Black, Gloss Clear, and Gloss Black. The structured face and consistent spoke width give clear definition to all three finishes. Custom colours from Vossen's complete library are available for any order specification. All finishing is done at Vossen's Miami facility.
