2. General rules

2.1. This Agreement constitutes a public offer under the law of England and Wales.

2.2. The Client may enter into a contract with the Seller only by adhering to these terms without exception or reservation. A retail sale contract is concluded once the Seller issues a cash or sales receipt, or another document confirming payment and transfer of Goods to the Client.

2.3. This Offer Agreement is a merger agreement.

2.4. The public offer is deemed accepted by the Site Visitor or Client:

  • from the moment the Visitor registers on the Website;

  • from the moment the Client places an Order.

2.5. The terms of this Agreement are permanently published on the Website in the "Offer" section.

2.6. The Seller may unilaterally accept and amend the terms of this Agreement. As between the Seller and the Client, the provisions in force at the time of Acceptance apply.

2.7. Relations between the Client and the Seller from the moment of Acceptance are governed by this Agreement; the law of England and Wales; applicable consumer protection legislation; and any relevant regulations on the sale of certain categories of goods, including lists of durable goods exempt from the buyer's right to obtain a replacement free of charge during repair, and lists of non-food goods of satisfactory quality that cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Subject of the agreement

3.1. The subject of this Agreement is to give the Client the opportunity to reserve and subsequently purchase, for personal, family, domestic, and other non-business needs, Goods presented on the Website by placing an Order, subject to subsequent telephone confirmation. This constitutes a reservation of the Goods in the Seller's warehouse with the option of later purchase at the Seller's places of sale. The Agreement applies to all categories of goods and services presented on the Website.

3.2. The Agreement also allows the Client to obtain additional Services, including prior inspection of Goods, installation, delivery, size selection, repair, exchange, reservation, and other services arranged through an Order.

4. Order confirmation

4.1. Placing an order means selecting Products on the Website and clicking "Place an order", "Pay upon receipt", or "Pay online", with the formation of an electronic document and/or its payment in cash or by bank transfer, whichever occurs first, subject to Acceptance of this Agreement.

4.5. Where the Client pays at checkout, the funds transferred constitute a prepayment to the Seller for reservation of the Goods.

4.6. An Order contains the order number, name, contact telephone number, products with their prices and characteristics, and other data supplied by the Client.

4.7. The Client bears full responsibility for supplying incorrect information in an Order that renders the Seller unable to perform its obligations properly.

4.8. The price and characteristics of Goods in an Order are indicative; the final price is confirmed to the Client by the Seller's operator upon telephone confirmation.

4.9. All telephone conversations between the Seller and the Client are recorded.

4.10. After an Order is placed, the Seller's operator calls the Client to verify the Order details, clarify and confirm the Services, confirm the price and availability of Goods, and confirm the sale date. The Client must provide the necessary information and orally confirm the intention to purchase.

4.11. If the Client cannot be reached at the number given within 2 (two) hours of placing the Order, the Seller may cancel the Order unilaterally.

4.12. If Goods specified in the Order are unavailable in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller may remove those Goods from the Order or cancel the Client's Order at any time, notifying the Client by email.

4.14. Where a fully or partially prepaid Order is cancelled, the Seller refunds the price of the Product to the Client by the same method used for payment within 5 (five) business days.

4.15. After confirmation, the Client receives an email notification containing the order number, total order amount, list of goods, price of each product, information about Services, and the time of purchase. Once an Order is confirmed, prices cannot be changed.
