The 2Forge ZF4 is a twenty-inch flow-formed monoblock produced at the 2Forge Scotland facility to serve the structural requirements specific to the 20-inch diameter class. Three widths span 8.5 to 11 inches. Nine standard colour options in active production. Every ZF4 order is vehicle-specific: bolt pattern, offset, and hub bore are each machined against the buyer's car data individually before dispatch.

2Forge ZF4 Design and Engineering: 20-Inch Diameter Demands and GT Aesthetics

The ZF4 addresses the specific structural demands of the 20-inch diameter class, where the combination of increased diameter and the associated larger tyre profiles creates different load distribution challenges compared to smaller fitments. A 20-inch wheel carries more rotational mass at a greater distance from the hub, meaning that any weight reduction in the rim or spoke delivers a more pronounced effect on unsprung mass dynamics than the same saving on a smaller wheel. The ZF4's multi-spoke face is calibrated to this: spoke taper and depth are designed specifically for the 20-inch format, carrying the lateral and radial load paths efficiently without excess material in the spoke midsections. The high-pressure flow-forming process then produces a rim wall that is both thinner and stronger than a cast equivalent, allowing the ZF4 to reach its 11 kg starting weight in a format that otherwise demands more material to maintain structural ratings.

Format: 20-inch diameter, single-piece flow-formed, Scotland. Available widths: 8.5J, 9.5J, 11J. Minimum weight: 11 kg per corner. Certified to JWL and VIA load standards. Five-stud coverage in standard range: 5x108, 5x112, 5x114.3, 5x120, 5x130 among others; non-standard stud pitches machined on request. Wheel offset and hub bore are specified per customer vehicle rather than from pre-stocked configurations. Bespoke sizes available as custom commissions.

2Forge ZF4 Available Finishes

The ZF4 is available in nine standard finishes: Gloss Black, Matt Black, Gloss Gunmetal, Matt Gunmetal, Gloss Bronze, Matt Bronze, Silver, Gold, and White. The ZF4's nine finishes are processed at the 2Forge Scotland production facility. Non-standard paint programmes and custom treatments are accepted on request.
