The Mesh 10 Competition redistributes load across ten interlocking spokes, creating a finer spoke pitch that changes how the wheel reads at large diameters. At 22- or 24-inch, a coarser mesh leaves open face voids that appear undersized against a wide wheel arch; ten spokes fill that gap proportionally - the spoke rhythm matches the rim diameter, and the visual weight on luxury saloon and gran turismo platforms is substantially improved. The additional two spokes over an eight-spoke design shorten each individual load-bearing span, reducing peak bending moment under lateral cornering forces and producing a more homogeneous stress distribution across the face geometry. Three-piece platform: independently forged center, forged outer rim, CNC-machined barrel - caliper clearance and wheel arch geometry measured per vehicle before any machining begins.
