3SDM 1.22-B is a 1-piece forged monoblock wheel from 3SDM's UK forged programme. The 22-spoke layout creates a dense, visually full face that covers the centre section completely while maintaining the weight advantage of forged monoblock construction over cast alternatives.

3SDM 1.22-B Engineering

Like all 3SDM forged 1-piece wheels, the 1.22-B is CNC-machined from a 6061-T6 forged aluminium billet at 3SDM's UK facility. The monoblock process means spoke geometry, hub bore, and barrel are machined as a single integrated structure - no separate components, no assembly tolerances. The high spoke count allows material to be removed between each spoke while retaining full structural integrity across the face.

The 22-spoke arrangement produces a visual density that reads well in both standard polished and full-matte finishes. The B-designation bar geometry gives each spoke a defined flat face, making surface finish treatments - brushed, polished, anodised - read with maximum clarity. The result is a wheel that looks substantial without relying on large spoke mass.
