Three individually finished components — a forged centre, an inner barrel ring, and a separate forged outer lip — are assembled and fastened with titanium hardware at HRE's facility in Vista, California. The 3-piece architecture introduces a third independent finish zone relative to the S201 (2-Piece), unlocking complete colour separation across centre, inner barrel, and outer lip for combinations not achievable in any two-component configuration. All structural elements are manufactured from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminium.
